COMMUNITY IMPROVEMENT CORPORATION MEETING

Attendees: Al Pearlman, Jeff Albrinck, Hugh McKinnon, Doug Lohmeier, Stiney Vonderhaar, Dave Harwood, Dick Shaffer, Jack Cameron.
New Business:
1. RFQ Interviews
7:30 am Jacobs
8:30 am FSA/KKG
2. CIC discussed the 6 firms interviewed.
a. Much to offer for each firm but all members rated KMK and FSA/KKG at the top of their list.
b. Pearlman, Harwood and Shaffer were a little more in favor of KMK
c. Lohmeier, Albrinck and McKinnon were a little more in favor of FSA/KKG.
d. Vonderhaar favored Jacobs.
e. Jeff Albrinck asked for Jack’s input being the person who would work with the firm more closely than anyone. Jack strongly preferred FSA/KKG.
f. The CIC concurred to move forward with negotiations on a contract with FSA/KKG.
Meeting ended with no roll call on adjournment.
